Sometimes, in order to prevent the anode slime more effectively and prevent the coating from puncturing, a double-layer anode bag with good corrosion resistance, good wear resistance and good elasticity can be used.

2. The lower end of the titanium mesh baskets should be 100~150mm higher than the parts to avoid excessive current concentration of the lower parts and cause burning.

3. The titanium mesh basket and the anode should be in close contact, otherwise the anode potential on the titanium basket will rise sharply, causing oxygen evolution and chlorine evolution reaction on the surface of the titanium basket, causing damage to the titanium basket and oxidation of additives

4. In order to prevent burrs from the coating, an anode bag should be used outside the titanium basket. Because the bag is usually used for a long time without removing it, it is recommended to use the "double bag" method.

5. The anode bag should be tightly wrapped around the mouth of the titanium basket, and a gap of several centimeters should be left at the bottom of the bag to store the anode sludge that may be produced.

6. What mesh opening size should I choose?

   The correct mesh opening depends on the size of your anode material:

   Small pellets (3–5 mm) – Use smaller mesh openings

   Standard balls/chunks (10–20 mm) – Use medium openings

   Large pieces (>25 mm) – Use larger openings
