Company Annual Meeting Relocates to Taibai Mountain Foothills Three-Day Event Balances Review and Relaxation
In mid-January, the company's annual meeting took place at Yulongwan Hot Spring Hotel in Meixian County, Baoji City. The hotel is located at the foot of Taibai Mountain, a 5A-level scenic area, and all employees participated in the three-day event.
The first two days were dedicated to departmental work reviews. Teams summarized their performance over the past year and outlined key objectives and priorities for the year ahead. The atmosphere was professional and the presentations substantive.
Unlike previous years, this year's annual meeting added a staff performance segment. Various departments used their free time to prepare acts, including singing, dancing, and skits. The show was lively, with many performances drawing from everyday work scenarios and resonating strongly with the audience.
During the event, employees also had the chance to enjoy the hotel's hot spring facilities. With Taibai Mountain's winter scenery crisp and clear, the hot spring pools were scattered throughout a garden-like setting, offering a relaxing break between sessions.
According to one employee, the three-day schedule was relatively relaxed: "We got the serious work done, but we also had a real chance to unwind." This year's annual meeting moved away from the typical "meeting-and-done" format, making room for team interaction and genuine downtime alongside the necessary business agenda.

Inside Dinouer Technology: A First Look at Flexible Anode and Coating Production
Let me take you on a tour of Dinoer Technology's production workshop.
First, you will see the polymer conductive flexible anode workshop. This is a dedicated workshop spanning over 600 square meters. The entire space is well-organized, with a full set of production equipment. Current daily output of flexible anode reaches 1,000 meters, which meets the supply requirements for most standard projects.
Next, let's move to the coating processing workshop. In addition to two large high-temperature sintering furnaces, this workshop includes a separate packaging area and a dedicated brushing and coating room. From the coating application to high-temperature sintering and finally to finished product packaging, each step takes place in its own designated zone. The workflow is clearly defined, helping maintain quality control at every stage.
At Dinouer, the clean production environment and complete equipment setup leave the strongest impression. From flexible anode manufacturing to coating processing, every step is carried out with care and efficiency.
