Product Introduction

2000g/h Sodium Hypochlorite Electrolytic Cell – Made for US Market

Di Noer Technology makes different types of sodium hypochlorite electrolytic cells. We classify them by available chlorine output. The range starts at 50g/h, then 100g/h, 200g/h, and goes all the way up to 5000g/h. This covers everything from small disinfection jobs to large-scale water treatment.

Every cell we produce comes out of our own factory in Baoji City. Our production team handles all steps in-house: brushing the raw titanium plate, welding, assembly, casing, and final factory testing. Each detail gets checked before it leaves.

What We Made for a US Customer

Recently we built a 2000g/h sodium hypochlorite electrolytic cell for an American client. The customer had one specific request – they did not want the outer shell. After receiving the unit, they planned to connect multiple cells in parallel and install them according to their own site conditions.

Below are the actual product details from that order.

Product name: Sodium hypochlorite electrolytic cell without housing
Rated output: 1000g/h (per cell)
Current output: 600A ±20%
Voltage: ≤40V
Flow rate: 250L/h to 400L/h
Solution requirement: 2%–5% brine
Inlet water temperature range: 5°C to 15°C
Pickling acid concentration: 15%–18% hydrochloric acid for descaling

How Does Electrochlorination Work With Titanium Anodes?

Important Notes from Real Operation

A few things we learned from running these cells in the field:

1. Water temperature affects yield
The rated output assumes the inlet water is within the 5–15°C range. If the actual water temperature goes higher or lower, the effective chlorine production will change. This is normal for all electrolytic cells.

2. Voltage and current drift with conditions
In real operation, voltage and current values will shift depending on brine concentration, solution temperature, and how long the cell has been running. This is not a defect – it is how electrochemistry works. The numbers above are reference values under ideal conditions.

3. Custom designs available
If your existing setup requires a different configuration, we can design and machine the cell according to your drawings. No minimum order fluff – just send us your specification.

Quick summary for buyers:
If you are looking for a sodium hypochlorite generator cell in the 1000g/h to 2000g/h range, and you want to handle your own housing and parallel connections, this design has already been proven for a US customer. The key parameters to match are: 600A current, ≤40V voltage, 250–400L/h flow, and 2–5% brine.
