Ionic Exchange Membrane Cell is The device for preparing hypochlorous acid disinfecting water by electrolysis method, using electrolytic cell to electrolyze hydrochloric acid or sodium chloride solution to generate acid aqueous solution with hypochlorous acid as the main bactericidal component, including acid oxidizing potential water generator and micro-acid electrolytic water generator.

Acid oxidizing potential water generation
An acidic aqueous solution with low effective concentration of chlorine and high REDOX potential is generated by electrolysis of sodium chloride solution in an electrolytic cell with a diaphragm.
Principle: add low concentration of sodium chloride (solution concentration < 0.1%) to the softened water and electrolyze it through a separator electrolytic cell to generate an acidic aqueous solution with low concentration of effective chlorine and high REDOX potential (ph2.0-3.0) from the anode side. Chlorine ion on the anode side generates chlorine gas, which reacts with water to generate hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid. When water is electrolysed on the anode side, new ecological oxygen and hydrogen ions will also be generated, resulting in liquid with REDOX potential above 1100mV and effective chlorine concentration of 50mg/ L ~70mg/ L on the anode side.

Generator of slightly acidic electrolyzed water
Sodium chloride solution or dilute hydrochloric acid solution is electrolyzed in diaphragm electrolytic cell to produce acid aqueous solution with hypochlorous acid as the main bactericidal component, ph5.0-6.5
Principle: add low concentration of hydrochloric acid or sodium chloride to the softened water and electrolyze it in an electrolytic cell without a diaphragm or with a diaphragm to generate chlorine and hydrogen ions at the anode. Hydrogen ions dissolve in water to make water acidic, PH 5.0-6.5. Chlorine reacts with water to generate hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid, and only hydrogen is generated at the cathode.
