Our factory supplies complete serialized MMO titanium anode wire with unified standard size, weight and current output data. All standard models support 20-year design life and feature stable linear current release, which avoids the uneven protection problems common with block and tubular anodes. Each specification is produced with consistent technical parameters to ensure interchangeability and universality in engineering construction.
We provide three mainstream standard sizes for general engineering applications. The 1.5mm diameter anode wire comes in 150m per roll with a net weight of 1.2kg and a uniform current output of 328mA per meter. It is widely used for light-duty anti-corrosion of small equipment, short-distance pipelines and auxiliary grounding systems. The 2.0mm specification weighs 2.1kg per roll and delivers 438mA/m current output, offering balanced mechanical toughness and current supply capacity, which is the most popular model for conventional tank bottom and buried pipeline protection.
For large-scale projects requiring high current output, the 3.0mm heavy-duty anode wire is available, with 4.8kg per roll and a maximum stable current output of 656mA/m. It perfectly adapts to deep well ground beds, large storage tank groups and coastal high-corrosion environments. Apart from standard sizes, all dimensions, roll lengths and service life cycles can be fully customized according to customer site requirements, supporting exclusive parameter matching for special engineering scenarios.
