ANODE SHAPE: CANISTERISED TUBULAR MMO ANODES
MATERIAL: Titanium Tubes with a Mixed Metal Oxide
APPLICATION: FOR CP GROUND BED
Substrate standard: Tubular Anodes of titanium tubes with a mixed metal oxide (MMO) coating as per ASTM B338 Grade 1 or 2 Standard.
Anode Catalyst: Iridium – Tantalum – Titanium, High current output Extremely low consumption rate;
Apparent Dissolution Rate: 1-10 mg/A-Yr, Suitable for direct burial in Deep, Shallow, Vertical and Horizontal Ground Beds.

Each Anode MUST be Center Connected to HMWPE chlorine Resistant Cable. Connection Resistance about 100 micro-ohms. Electrical connection between the anode & cable is via a mechanical crimping process for perfect electrical contact and connection MUST be strong enough to bear complete weight of hanging Canisterized anode.
Anode MUST be sealed around the insulated cable at both ends to avoid cracks, lose adhesion and moisture penetration. The cable exiting the anode must be protected against contact with the anode end ( avoiding causing abrasion on the cable insulation).
Insulated Cable size should minimum be 16 mm sq (Other sizes and types can be customized according to the size of the anode, such as 10 mm sq, 20 mm sq, etc)
Each Anode will be supplied with 10-meter-long insulated cable. (The length can be customized as your requirements)
Each Anode will be packed in its individual metallic Canister filled with coke backfill. Each anode must be factory prepackaged with tightly compacted high-grade carbon backfill in a heavy gauge, robust and lightweight st eel canister. The canister MUST be capped with the anode cable extending out the top of the anode cap.
