Each Anode MUST be Center Connected to HMWPE chlorine Resistant Cable. Connection Resistance about 100 micro-ohms. Electrical connection between the anode & cable is via a mechanical crimping process for perfect electrical contact and connection MUST be strong enough to bear complete weight of hanging Canisterized anode.
Anode MUST be sealed around the insulated cable at both ends to avoid cracks, lose adhesion and moisture penetration. The cable exiting the anode must be protected against contact with the anode end ( avoiding causing abrasion on the cable insulation).
Insulated Cable size should minimum be 16 mm sq (Other sizes and types can be customized according to the size of the anode, such as 10 mm sq, 20 mm sq, etc)
Each Anode will be supplied with 10-meter-long insulated cable. (The length can be customized as your requirements)
Each Anode will be packed in its individual metallic Canister filled with coke backfill. Each anode must be factory prepackaged with tightly compacted high-grade carbon backfill in a heavy gauge, robust and lightweight st eel canister. The canister MUST be capped with the anode cable extending out the top of the anode cap.

Stray current interference
The real issue: Nearby subways, DC transmission lines, or other CP systems cause stray current to enter and leave the customer's pipe, creating severe corrosion.
How deep well anodes solve it: Two approaches –
Drainage type: The deep well anode acts as a grounding electrode to drain stray current away from the pipe into deep soil.
Impressed type: A potentiostat outputs reverse current to cancel the interference. The deep well anode delivers that current deep underground, minimizing secondary interference on other surface metal structures.
Effectiveness: Conditionally solved. Requires a stray current survey beforehand to determine optimal well location and current strategy. One deep well alone cannot cure all stray current problems; drainage devices or zone isolation may also be needed.
