1. Q: What is the specification of the internal cable for this flexible anode? Can it be customized?
A: The recommended standard specification for the internal cable is 1 core with a cross-sectional area of 10 square millimeters (1 × 10mm²). To meet different on-site construction, engineering design and application requirements, we also support non-standard customized specifications for the internal cable according to customer demands.
2. Q: What sizes are available for the MMO/Ti wire of the flexible anode? Which one is preferred? Is customization acceptable?
A: We provide four conventional diameters for MMO/Titanium wire: Φ1.0 mm, Φ1.5 mm, Φ2.0 mm and Φ3.0 mm. Among all options, Φ3.0 mm is the officially recommended size for stable performance and long service life. Apart from the standard sizes listed above, custom diameters of MMO/Ti wire can also be produced as requested.
3. Q: What is the outer diameter of the finished flexible anode product?
A: The nominal outer diameter of the product is Φ39.5 mm, with a permissible dimensional tolerance of +0.5 mm. The actual outer diameter shall be within the range of Φ39.5 mm to Φ40.0 mm.
