Inside the Dioner production workshop, equipment runs steadily, with the continuous sound of machinery forming the background rhythm of daily operations. Workers at each station remain focused, carrying out their tasks in accordance with established process requirements.

At the flexible anode production area, operators skillfully control automated equipment to complete processes such as connecting the anode wire to the cable, sealing the joints, and filling the coke filler. The production line, approximately 35 meters in total length, operates under fully automated control, with workers primarily responsible for process monitoring and inspection at key control points.

Elsewhere in the workshop, routine production of conventional MMO tubular anodes is underway. Workers apply pre-treatment coatings to the anode substrates by hand. The brushing motion is consistent and well-controlled, reflecting attention to process detail.

In the high-temperature electric furnace area, MMO titanium anode plates are undergoing coating sintering. This process requires strict control of both temperature and duration. Operators set the furnace temperature according to the specified parameters to ensure good bonding between the coating and the titanium substrate.
