The application of titanium anode in etching solution regeneration and copper recovery industry

Etching solution regeneration and copper recycling industry is a new industry. This industry first appeared in 2002 and mainly exists in some environmental protection equipment factories, which are used to produce some etching solution regeneration and copper recycling equipment.

This equipment is divided into two parts, the first part is the extraction part, and the second part is the electrolysis part. And our titanium anode electrolyzer is the core part of this equipment! Under normal circumstances, there are 4-8 electrolytic cells, and each electrolytic cell has 7 anodes and 6 cathodes. The anode is our titanium anode, and the cathode is copper foil.

The size of this anode is generally 1000*700*1.5mm, but other sizes are also available(depending on the equipment ). The temperature of the electrolyte is generally about 50 degrees, the current output by the rectifier is generally 1000-2000 amperes, and the voltage is generally between 10-16 volts.
