Doubled Production Capacity & Improved Efficiency! Dinoer Relocates to Panlong New Area to Set New Industrial Production Standards for Titanium Anodes

Its annual production capacity and customized processing capability could not match the incremental orders from new energy and environmental water treatment industries. After settling in Panlong New Area, the building area of the new factory is twice that of the old one. The factory planning fully complies with the special production process specifications of titanium anodes, meeting the dual standards of environmental protection production and safety supervision & quality inspection.

In terms of hardware upgrading, Dinoer has increased investment in intelligent manufacturing, eliminated old semi-automatic processing equipment, and newly installed full-automatic precision etching units, constant-temperature closed sintering furnaces, third-party standard electrochemical performance testers and automatic surface treatment production lines. The automation rate of production equipment has increased by 40%, which reduces manual processing errors effectively and improves the uniformity of anode coating and anti-corrosion stability. In terms of workshop management, standardized zoning management is implemented in the new factory. Five functional areas are divided strictly, including production clean area, special storage area for hazardous chemical materials, semi-finished product transfer area, R&D laboratory area and shipment inspection area. The separation of personnel flow, logistics flow and equipment flow is realized to standardize the management process of precious metal raw materials, complying with the whole-process management specifications of environmentally friendly electrochemical production.

At present, the new factory has finished equipment debugging, staff post arrangement and trial production, and has been put into full official operation. After operation, the mass production capacity of conventional plate and mesh titanium anodes has increased by more than twice, and the delivery cycle of special-shaped customized titanium anodes has been shortened by 30%. The products are applicable to industrial wastewater electrolysis, underground pipe network cathodic protection, chlor-alkali chemical industry, ship anti-corrosion and other scenarios.

Industry insiders said that the market demand for environmentally friendly anti-corrosion electrode materials keeps growing year by year, and downstream customers raise higher requirements for the service life, customization accuracy and delivery timeliness of titanium anodes.
