Substrate Pretreatment – Dinoer-BP-01
• Titanium grade: ASTM B265 Gr.1.
• Wet-blast to Ra 5 ± 1 µm (Kunshan facility, two automated lines).
• Oxalic acid etch: 10 wt %, 90 °C, 30 min. Surface must match the "Dinoer fog-silver matte" reference panel.
Active Layer Design – Dinoer-Recipe-R7T
• Base oxides: RuO₂-IrO₂-Ta₂O₅ in a 6.5 : 3 : 0.5 molar ratio; Ta₂O₅ level set by Dinoer Lifetime Model DLM-v2.3 to guarantee ≥ 6 years at 20 kA m⁻².
• Minor dopant: 0.2 mol % SnO₂ for lower oxygen-evolution over-potential.
• Patent coverage: CN, EU, JP.
Coating Application – Dinoer-CoatLine-C350
• Coating viscosity: 25 ± 2 cP (Brookfield, 25 °C), monitored in-line.
• Dip-and-lift speed: 12 cm min⁻¹, 8 passes, total thickness 10 ± 1 µm.
• MES integration: XRF thickness gauge feeds back to line; auto-alarm if deviation > 1 µm.
Thermal Oxidation – Dinoer-Sinter-F450
• Four-zone belt furnace: 150 °C-10 min / 350 °C-10 min / 450 °C-10 min / 480 °C-60 min.
• O₂ level: 18–21 %; zone ΔT ≤ ±3 °C, calibrated monthly by third party.
• Target color: "Dinoer-Blue #003", ΔE ≤ 1.2 against master swatch.
Post-Treatment & Activation – Dinoer-Activate-A30
• Pre-activation: 0.5 M H₂SO₄, 50 mA cm⁻², 30 min.
• Acceptance criterion: OER over-potential ≤ 250 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl).
• Activation curves uploaded to Dinoer Cloud; SMS alerts on outliers.
Performance Validation – Dinoer-Lab-QC
• Accelerated life test: 20 kA m⁻², 1 M H₂SO₄, 40 °C; pass ≥ 72 h. 2024 batches averaged 84 h (σ = 3.2 h).
• Adhesion: cross-cut test Grade 0; thermal shock 450 °C ↔ water quench 10 cycles – no delamination.
• Each report QR-coded; customers scan to view raw data.
