From order confirmation to the truck that leaves our gate, we treat shipping as part of the product. Most clients ask the same question: why do our deliveries stay on schedule? The answer is not a slogan. It is in how the work is done on the shop floor.

Inspection before production

Raw material arrives with a material certificate. Before any part is cut, we check the grade, the dimensions and the composition, item by item, against the order. If something does not match, it does not enter the line.

Checks during processing

As parts move through cutting, forming and coating, operators and technicians spot-check dimensions. The idea is simple: find a problem at the step where it happens, not after a whole batch is finished. It costs less, and it keeps the schedule honest.

Testing on the finished part

Once a coated anode is finished, it goes through performance testing and a visual re-check. We confirm the parameters match what the order calls for. Only then does it move to packing.

Packing and loading

We pick packaging by product type. Parts that take knocks get extra cushioning. The outer carton carries the spec, batch number and destination, so nothing gets mixed up in transit. Warehouse staff count the pieces, check the packing list, hand the shipment to the carrier and send the tracking information to you the same day.

We do not treat shipping as the end of a sale. It is the last step of production and the first step of your next order. What arrives on your dock is the product we tested here, packed the way we would want to receive it.
